Lafayette is the Grand Marshal of the Manchester Homecoming Parade, and we want YOU to be part of the celebration!

  • Walk with us in the parade
  • Join us for the opening ceremony
  • Or cheer us on along the parade route

 

 

🎉 Opening Ceremony

  • Friday, September 5th at 7:15 p.m.
  • Location: Schroeder Park
    • 359 Old Meremac Station Road, Manchester 63021
  • Lafayette will be recognized during the honors awards.
    If you plan to attend, please let Kate or April know so we can give Manchester a rough headcount. (see above contact information)

 

 

🚶 Parade Walk

  • Saturday, September 6th at 10:00 a.m.
  • Starting Point: Journey Church (shuttle from Community Church parking lot)
  • The parade route is 1.7 miles long.
  • Important: There is no shuttle back after the parade. If you need to return to your car, please arrange your own ride.
  • Pick-up options after the parade:
  • Please carpool if possible and arrive no earlier than 9:00 a.m.

Not up for the full parade walk? That’s okay! You can still join the fun by cheering for Lafayette along the route. Bring your family, wear your Lafayette shirts, and help us celebrate our amazing workers.
