Lafayette has partnered with TASK to provide fitness programming for our employees. TASK is a nonprofit 501(c)3, year-round instructional sports program that provides athletic and social opportunities to kids & adults with special needs. The program is funded by Lafayette and facilitated by TASK. Transportation from Lafayette to TASK is provided for the after-work program.

Enrollment Requirements
o Are currently a full-time employee of Lafayette Industries West
o Have an attendance rate of over 90%
o Resident of St. Louis County
o Committed to attending ALL sessions
o Lafayette will provide transportation to TASK
o Responsible for transportation home from TASK in Fenton
Employees interested in participating must complete the below application. Upon approval, you will receive confirmation and further directions. All participants are responsible for providing transportation home from TASK.
